We have made it extremely simple to book a consultation, or treatment with us, please get in touch in a way that suits.
1. Simply fill out the form.
2. Call our toll-free number 0800848258 if you are interested in discussing treatment options. We are open Wednesday 2pm – 5pm and Friday 10am – 5pm.
3. Use our online appointment booking system to book an appointment at a time that works with your schedule.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.
You are able to change your onine booking up to 48 hours of the appointment, after this time you will need to email us at vital@vitalface.co.nz to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits will not be refunded for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
Deposits & Payments
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Payment of your treatment is required in full on the day of your appointment.
